As others online have pointed out, the original casting was problematic too because a guy named Khan Noonian Singh ain't Mexican, either! But at least he was portrayed by a POC, unlike Reboot!Khan.
IMO, 42 had some beautiful performances in it, but once he was told "I want someone who has the "strength" not to fight back?" I knew this shit was written for white folks to feel good about themselves. Disgusting.
Now You See Me was a huge surprise to me. I had no idea it was as deep as it was.
Also, I loved F&F, but Han has been my man since the get and I morn him.
