So how is this going down?
A post will go up for each IC day. The first post will be an introduction to the world, where your character can react to being kidnapped, and also receive their instructions and weapons. The next three posts will make up the actual Battle Royale. Main threads will be split by location, and players can come up with their own locations and start new threads to supplement the provided ones. Characters can move from place to place, but be sure to mark your thread "CLOSED" if you want to limit a scene to specific characters so others can know whether it's safe to jump in or not.
Given the nature of the game, there is a time limit for these logs. The schedule is below. If you fail to finish your thread before time is up, you can keep going, but you have to report the results of any battles before the next IC day, even if you haven't finished threading a fight. At the top of every post there will be a thread marked "LOSERS". Every character who dies must comment to this thread with their name so that they can be properly recorded.
Because you signed up, you're expected to keep up activity for as long as your character survives. If you fail to participate in any of the threads, your character will lose and be listed among the dead.

Remember! You guys may start your own threads, and don’t forget that you can go any way with this: you can always pair up with someone, try to find a way out, etc., etc. It doesn’t have to be all about murder and killing your peers, but... well, that does have to happen eventually. Another note is that Belial may come into the empty threads people have thrown up, just to give a little push.
Oh, and weapons will be assigned in secret. When your character responds during the roll call, you'll receive a screened comment revealing what they find in their bag.
Where is this happening?
The setting is actually going to be fairly different from the original Battle Royale -- no forests or jungles, nothing tropical. Instead our heroes find themselves in a dystopian city that appears to have been destroyed in some apocalyptic event. In this unfamiliar city are the remains of any buildings you might find in a modern city. And it has limits, of course. If you travel too far to try and escape, you will meet a very large wall of reinforced cement. But if you try to scale the wall or climb over, your collar will explode.
Another strange thing about this city is the color of the sky. It is a persistent bright yellow no matter what time the clocks say it is. A thick fog covers the city, muddling depth perception. As the days pass, your character will feel sick, weak, and increasingly disoriented thanks to the fog. Sometimes everything takes on a static look, like distortion on a television screen.
You may have guessed it by now if this sounds familiar: Battle Royale is taking place in the world inside the TV, and all of the TVs in Neo Genesis are tuned in to the Midnight Channel for as long as the game's going on so those on the outside can watch the game.
How do battles and death work?
Comment spam or log form, it doesn't matter to us how you play it. It is highly highly recommended that you prearrange the results of any battle with your opponent's mun. If there is some kind of conflict, contact either Pana or Phae (madarahime & sjfhlsdkjfldf on AIM) and we will make a decision for you. Don't be shy or hesitate to kill people! This event is all about the slaughter and everybody will end up dead except for one person anyway.
Once you die, the body will not disappear, not until the end of the game -- so yep, your body will just be chilling and hanging out and decomposing. After every kill, very faint applause can be heard as if from an audience very far away.
When the game is over, your character will be revived and returned to the place they were taken from. They'll remember everything that happened during Battle Royale.
