Summary: Irvine and Rinoa talk about Selphie's rescue, and begin the search on the city.

A small sigh escaped Rinoa’s lips while she made her way to Irvine's apartment, a small part of her was angry with him for having gone to look for Selphie by himself and she wanted to smack him for it but she could do that later when Selphie was safe and back, she never thought that she will find herself in the same position her best friend had been when she had disappeared.

The young dark haired woman stopped in front of his door and knocked, maybe she should have left a note or something for her roommate to let him know that she was going to be out for who knows how long...but then again she had barely seen him and she doubted he will worry for her anyway.

Irvine heard the knock and walked over to the door with the gun in hand. He opened the door slowly and saw Rinoa standing there. He grinned and replied, "I know you wanna hurt me, but lets save the beatdown till after Selphie is safe and sound." Irvine wasn't really in the mood to go through anything with Rinoa, even though he deserved it a whole lot for doing that. Irvine then heard how cold that sounded out loud and replied, "Sorry, I-I just want to see Selphie safe."

Irvine then moved to the side and replied, "Please come in, I'll tell you where I searched so far."

When Irvine opened the door one of the first things she noticed was the gun, of course that he will be prepared with a gun but Rinoa really hoped that they didn't found anything or anyone that will force the man to use the gun, of course that might depend on the situation, her eyes narrowed a bit at his words "You don't need to apologize when we find Selphie, I will kill you." She said a bit too coldly and seriously.

And then like if nothing had happened, she smiled sweetly at him "Thank you." She allowed herself in and looked around "So...where you have searched so far?"

Irvine shrugged off the threat by Rinoa then answered her, "I've search some parts in Terra, low life thugs, basically some of the people I have connections with when I was get info on your whereabouts. Others..." Irvine closed the door then added, "Let's just say, I was thinking worst case." Irvine then walked over to the window and replied, "Mostly anything that was of information was stupid, irrelevant or made me so mad I shot a few people in the knees. Nothing severe, but something that'll leave a wound."

Irvine then looked down and replied, "I don't think she's in Terra...which means one of two places are left, Elysium and Abyss." Irvine sighed and replied, "As much as I hate to put you in danger...I was thinking we start in the pits of hell first, since we have easy access to it." Irvine then looked over his shoulder and asked, "What do you think?"
