Who: Shilo and GraveRobber Where: Abyss; the usual alley When: after this Summary: Shilo comes when she's called. GraveRobber calls often. Rating: PG13 for drugs? maybe language Other: Grilo = awesome
GraveRobber always liked to let her stew a little - just to hang back somewhat before letting her see him. It amused him - it possibly would make her hungry for him, quavering with anticipation.
He approached where she stood, a smile pulling at the corner of his mouth. "Hello, little girl." He greeted her; it was strange - when he read her entry on the network, he became agitated.
GraveRobber did not like people blaming him for things that weren't his fault; he did enough that was his fault and he was happy to take the blame for those things. But not what was out of his control.
So maybe he'd punish her a bit, show her that he wasn't to be trifled with. "Calmed down yet?"
Shilo smiled brightly when she saw him. It hadn't been very long but it felt like eternity since she had seen that half smile on his deathly pale face. At one time it might have looked menacing but now it was next to heaven.
In answer to his greeting and his question, Shilo rushed forward and wrapped her thin arms around him not caring if anyone saw. She had missed him.
"And here, I thought you were pissed off," GraveRobber put a hand on her head; it was difficult not to indulge her. He liked indulging her; wanted to spoil her rotten.
An arm settled around her shoulders - he really should have quit long before it got to this stage. It was only going to lead to trouble; he could almost see it. She'd try to change him, eventually. Not soon, but someday. She'd get sick of the drugs and the danger, and put her foot down.
He pulled back after a moment. "Come on." GraveRobber turned to lead her back to one of his places - not the same one as before, but a similar hideout in a secluded part of the city.
"I was, and now I'm not." She smiled wider. It was hard to be mad about anything, even impending doom, when she was around him.
"Okay." She clung lightly to his arm as they walked. She had become used to following him to some secret place. She was so content with the familiarity of routine that she had started to forget why she came in the first place. idle chatter filled the silence.
"How was your day? Nothing dangerous happened, I hope."
