So Far, So Good

Or not.

Well, things could probably be going worse. I've been wretchedly ill for the last week - teach me to go standing around in London at night for 6 and a half hours waiting for Wrath of the Lich King to be released and then sleeping on Jess' floor. (No offense Jess, it was great to see you and your house at last, but DAMN is your room cold!) ( Read more... )

I'm having similar issues with Masters courses! Got my heart set on a medieval one, mostly music but with scope for a few other bits and pieces and I think that basically means Bristol or Cambridge.
Don't be ill *hugs* have some pomegranate tea which I impulse bought. *pushes through internet hole in laptop*

W00t for being excited about academic-y stuff! How I wish I could convince myself that I actually love crazy non-sense-making maths and essay titles that I have no idea how to answer...

*listens to Idlewild instead* This is a good reaction, I feel.

I'm sorry about the freezingness of my house though. You can blame the Swede for that, I'm 'fraid. I did think you were a little silly only having that (lovely but) flimsy blanket for cover though. :/

Anyway, I am good, more-or-less, although in a constant state of horribly stressed about work (and everything else, for that matter). So about the same as usual. :S

Am very much looking forward to Christmas times though. We watched the Muppet's Christmas Carol today, so it's got me in the mood. I really want to go to Camden on a Sunday in December sometime, to experience the amazing festive Camden-y atmosphere. Fancy joining me at some point?

Hell yes, I want to join you for Christmas Camdening =D I've not been to Camden since like... Summer.

Dun worry about your freezing house. XD Although, I couldn't really have brought anything more substantial than the flimsy blanket due to having to lug it around London.
