Don't worry about hitting them all. If you hit half, I'd say that was superwomanly enough (and I know, evidently ;-) ). It is better to have amazing goals and get to some of them than not have any at all - that way when you do hit some (and you will) , you will be amazing instead of living a life of mediocrity.

bah! forget about classics, nicole! academia is awful and no one who is not a rock star earns $100,000 a year these days (and has a double phd, and at least one postdoc, and a name professorship). I think you should become a chef and open your own restaurant!! the food you served when I was visiting a few years ago was brilliant. you could even have a travelling restaurant and move it from country to country every other year. you'd get your own crowd of food fans who'd follow you around the globe! you could do it with an environment twist, and only cook with organic ingredients, using recycled furniture etc in every new location your restaurant travels to. it could even air on tv, and there could be a wildlife component! ohmygod!! this is such a good idea!!! I'd be your #1 food fan and follow you everywhere you'd go, minus thailand, because I've been there too many times. wohoo ( ... )
