So I called and harassed Dell again today. After tons of time on the phone trying to explain the situation, it turns out that my laptop was recovered from whoever they sent it to, and is on its way to me. Thank god I called and alerted them of the mistake when it happened-- even though they INSISTED that it wasn't my computer. They won't admit
