So I was in an experimental mood tonight, so I decided to try to experiment and made some curried hamburgers. And they are a keeper, omg, blows every other hamburger recipe I've ever tried out of the water

Hi Nem, this is Ix. Sorry for creeping around your old posts, but Echrei linked me to this yesterday and I just had to make these. So I made them last night and they were amazingly delicious (I added some feta and a few other things, but the addition of the curry is what really made it shine). Thanks for a great idea!
