Good for you! But the vasectomy thing wasn't serious. The legislator filed it as satire.

True, but it was filed in response to something that wasn't satire--invasive ultrasounds being required before any woman chooses to abort. (Thus driving up the cost of the procedure, and sending more poor women to the hospital when they find someone far less ethical--and cheaper--to perform the abortion.)
