I feel for you. We squeeze out enough to pay a cleaning lady because I can't do much cleaning -- the back allows me to stand for about 5 minutes at a time, damnit. I know that you and the girl tend to have enough difficulty just moving around for life purposes.
Our house is pretty small, and has the stuff from two households crammed into it. When I got to take a ride with the nice paramedics last month, they knocked a bunch of stuff around in our room, (which is packed, granted) and they couldn't get the gurney back to where I was. I'd just seized and couldn't make sense out of the input from my eyes, not to mention the fact my limbs were only marginally cooperative, and two EMT types had to prop me up by each shoulder and snake me through the tiny doors and clutter with my eyes closed and my legs floppy. Nothing to make you feel good about the state of your home than dealing with something like that.
