Yeah, it gets more appalling by the minute...I almost want to track those kids down, they had so much fun doing that....and yeah, really. I'd say, I've got a pretty nifty pain tea that works, but we're out.
I don't know if I remember all of it, but it comprises these herbs:
mullein St. Johns' Wort valerian skullcap mugwort red clover blue violet (or blue vervain) lemon balm catmip white willow bark passionflower
Mix everything in equal propotions save for the skullcap and the passionflower; mix those in half proportions to the rest. Blend in a mortar and pestle, use a palmful (or around two heaping tablespoons) in an infuser, and place in four cups (twenty-four ounces or so) of boiling water. Steep for fifteen minutes; drink. It will taste bitter and very green, yes. :)
