Okay, genuinely creeped currently. Had to get up and get it out of my head so hopefully, rest can ensue ( Read more... )

Amusingly, my first Doctor was #3 - Jon Pertwee. When he was able to use the Tardis again and actually get OFF-world, it was quite a shock. *laughs*

Weirdly, so was mine, but I just saw the very last of Pertwee's run--so my first major "full" Doctor was, yes, Tom Baker. :)

Sadly, my "Doctor list" is even more scattered: Christopher Eccleston, Tom Baker, Peter Davison (I know, but he is my third favorite Doctor), Sylvester McCoy, and Jon Pertwee.

And the bottom of the list? Possibly, even, disliked enough to be off the Doctor list entirely?

Colin Baker. :)

Colin Baker... Oh yea, dude with the 80 gazillion question marks all over his ghastly outfit.

Yea, definitely not high on my list either. :)

Might just as well smudge the room again. Pain in the arse, but it does
work, of course. Might also want to ward the window and the doorway. Ghosties can be a real nusiance.

See, s'not us. Our room? Warded pretty damned well. Downstairs of the house and the garage: holding up pretty well. Upstairs with the adult roommates: pretty good.

No, it's the kids, and directly, the youngest child and the middle child. The protections on their rooms keep leaving...

Hmmm. Might need to change how the wards operate. Or something. Feel free to ping me if you want to bounce ideas.

You know, I keep hearing the old guy. I hear the floor creak on Drake's side of the bed and that's typically where I feel "old guy" unless I hear him in the hall or bathroom. We're not hearing the step-scrape from our room, just down the hall from the room of the middle boy over your heads, but I'm certainly noticing the now-the-wards-are-here, now-the-wards-are-gone on both boys rooms.

I've smudged and re-warded both rooms multiple times since I've been stranded up here with no pain pills and the dizzy-almost passing out feel of not enough blood leaving my brain from the uber-thyroid-circulatory-pressure thing.

Might be time to pull out the big guns that I used to ward my sister's house from the nasties they had pulling the bed shaking/stuff throwing years ago. Hopefully between the shields and wards that you and Cat do, we can keep things protected longer.
