Just a quick pop-in--yes, part of the reason for my bout of away-ness lately is that I'm plunged full tilt into Second Life...how'ver, the main reason is that catdancer appears to be losing her legs again

Yeah, well, considering the 'or else' is probably going limbless? I don't think I want to be limbless in a basement. :)

Still...it might improve my steadily growing circus freak status, so there's an up side. :)

Oh, absolutely.

The cousin says her mom still has the wheelchair, and is willing to loan it to us...but frankly, I don't have the stones to bring that up at present. If she gets worse, then I will. Because wheeling around at work? Better than not working.

Of course, it'll make your place, crymsin_lilly's place, and our own home problematic at best...but hey. What's life without a few challenges?

Yeah, I mean, once we get settled in there should be some comfortable hang out places on the first floor, but that still leaves the problem of getting in the house to begin with. At least, there are some enterances on the side that don't have quite as many steps as the front...:(

so, will there be gaming tomorrow in light of hurtiness? I just ask b/c the boy is having a bit of a tough time socially his first week of school and it'd be nice for him to have some hang out time with someone his age...

oh well, I will try and call...
