Hmmm...that's interesting that you can adjust the CPAP machine yourself. I hope the adjustment does the trick for you...how frustrating to be using it every night and not feel like it's doing the trick.

I would be SO tempted to turn it all the way to 11, thinking that hey, if I can breathe fine on 6, then I will breathe INCREDIBLE on maximum pressure! I can't be trusted with things like that, apparently.

Good luck with the window situation! And that spray insulation is COOL AS HELL. I watched some being installed on not new construction, but it was a total gut where they had ripped out all the drywall, so it may as well have been new construction. It was supremely awesome watching that stuff swell up and fill all the voids.

I had to restrain myself from cranking the machine up a few more notches, believe me. I think the same way as you, of course :) I'm going to give this new setting a week or so, and if it doesn't seem to be helping, I will be bumping it up on my own. I'll just, uh, tell the doctor later. Oopsie.

I guess some insulation companies can inject the foam into an existing structure without ripping out all our walls (fingers crossed). The company that came today does blown-in (not foam), but at least they can do it from the outside (no messing up my house!), and we get up to a 20% rebate from our gas company. Sweet!
