6:00AM: the best hour of the day, or too close to your 3:00AM bedtime?

i am not a morning person. on weekends and days off i would prefer sleeping until the morning is a distant memory. maybe it has something to do with the fact that it takes me forever to fall asleep... that "3am bedtime" isn't too far off, but believe me, it's not by choice.

the answer for the setting is a result of an awesome steak i just ate. the answer would change if i had just eaten at a chinese restaurant, or a italian restaurant, or a... you get the picture.
