Have a safe trip and lots of fun and R&R on vacation! :D

Yay for New Moon - enjoy reading.

And yes...SV spoilers. Way to ruin the show.

i plan to ;)

i better read new moon and eclipse soon. i just came back from the bookstore with 3 more books and 2 mangas. i'm so weak in a bookstore.

as for SV, i think we failed to realize what SV is all about. but a Clana fan saw the truth of what AlMiles and The CW wanted (and based on that interview they may be on to something):
But most importantly, the return of Lana and Clark reinforces something that I've always suspected: Smallville is not the story of Superman or Lex Luthor - it's the story of Lana and Clark. More specifically: the rise, fall and resurrection of their friendship.
this makes me weep.

actually the name of the poster is LoisFan, so it might not be a Clana fan but just someone who saw the ugly truth before i did.

600 pesos is about the equivalent to $54 US. Things are cheaper in Mexico but I don't see 600p's going too far depending on what kind of stuff you're going to be doing. Alot of places do accept (I mean ALOT) US money too. Hope that helps!

it really does help :D we have no plans whatsoever regarding except partaking of the all-inclusive meals, snacks, and drinks. but we are there for 5 nights and i do have to buy souvenirs for family and friends.

i'll take another $60 out of the ATM before we go and i will have a credit card, too.

the 3 of us have been CNN-watching and web-hunting since early this morning for any scrap of news regarding cancun. finally the smarter of the 3 of us called the travel agent to ask her what to do and she said that we should just expect a rainy trip since it lost a lot of strength when it made landfall and it hit well south of cancun.

of course, i had a sinking thought a few seconds ago though. Dean is back over water, more than likely gaining its strength back. and hurricanes can take unexpected turns. for all we know, he could start heading back east, back towards cancun.

my friend called the travel agent this morning. Dean hit well blow cancun and lost a lot of strength when it did reach land. she told us to expect a rainy vacation, but that's about it. we were so happy to hear this because the 3 of us were panicking, calling each other, sending text messages, scouring the web for any news.

i gotta remember to add the books to my "must pack" list so i don't forget them :)

and ppppfffft to AlMiles >:|
