Wow, so interesting... I don't even know where to start! Love the dialogue, the steeping in mythology... (I've started heading in a Persephonic direction in my next fic, hehe) The descriptions of now-goddess Tia, and now-heartless Will are great.
Interesting that Will forgot her so easily. I suppose being without one's heart helps...
I kind of had the idea that Elizabeth and his love really only exists in his heart which he's now lacking. Tia gets that, kind of, and knows that eventually, no matter how good his intentions, Will'd forget her as he became more and more part of the Dutchman. Will just assumes that she doesn't understand human nature.

I've been lurking a little and I've just now started catching up on all the fantastic things you've been writing! I wish school hadn't eaten my brains so much this year, but that's first year for you, I suppose.
