I do agree w/ the whole rushing of Sirius death AND the Department of Mysteries scene. Mostly w/ Sirius death, I felt like they didn't think it wasn't important as Cedric's death :(

I thought the death scene was really good, with Harry being held by Lupin... but it was rushed, and they didn't deal with it afterwards... I mean, they only had Luna saying "I'm sorry about your godfather" and that was all...
At least with Cedric we had all that scene with his father crying and then Dumbledore talking about him...

I think PoA was better because I didn't feel it was so rushed... but what I liked best of OotP was the interaction between the trio (and Ron being braver lol)
Have you seen that new interview with J.K. Rowling?? It says Lupin was killed by Dolohov and Tonks by Bellatrix :( I would've love to know the details, but at least we know who did it...
