Last night I was wondering how long I could avoid learning the identity of the new Doctor Who*, and if I could get as far as Christmas. I thought there was a fair chance of getting to the weekend. I managed to totally miss the news of the last two regenerations until seeing them on-screen, after all

I didn't watch the programme, it was just all over the internets on Monday. Peter Capaldi this, Peter Capaldi who? and so on. Glad to hear I didn't miss anything, though.
