I feel kind of awkward letting you know this now, but I just wanted to drop you a line and tell you that I was your Secret Santa last year, and I saw the post you made on EGL, and it really made my day. (I still have it bookmarked, actually.)
Whenever I felt down or sad about something, I would go and read your thank-you post and it would cheer me up so much to think that I'd done something to make someone else in this world so happy.
