Ask him to send you the 8 dvd CD back. I'm curious what this item actually is. (8 DVDs? 8 CDs? something else?)

I want them to be special CDs that turn into DVDs if you look at them from the right angle.

Did you happen to get delivery confirmation on the memory card? Or did you save the receipt with the weight and his zip code?

I'd tell him to ship the 8 dvd CD back in the original packaging, and keep riding Amazon's ass about it. If he ships them to you in the original packaging, you can always copy your original shipping receipt to show Amazon that something was tampered with along the way. Or that he was trying to be a crafty douche.

Thank you for the suggestions! Amazon is soooooo helpful. They think I should refund his money or send him another memory card. Amazon Dudes, I'm not going out and buying this kid another memory card at full price.

(by the way, I do plan to one day respond to your last email. the month of July has been horrible and I'm behind on everything, ever.)
