so i take it this means they replaced your iphone?

The guy got his manager and then the guy above him, but it got done ;) Atypical glass breakage due to possible manufacturing defect :)

the glass really did shatter weird. 3 corners broke and one place on the side. They could not figure out how it had landed :0
