Style change?

Oct 27, 2010 08:39

Oh dear, I woke up this morning and suddenly feel the urge to change styles and go for a more classic-loli look. Does this mean selling all my gorgeous sweet clothes? I don't want to, I'd be so sad! Maybe in the new year or something though, I might start buying some more mature pieces. It's partly because I do really love the classic look, ( Read more... )

Oh wow! All of these things would look so fantastic on you!! And I mean FANTASTIC :D Your body shape and face shape would be so amazing in pieces like MM and Innocent World ^^

I think the reason there are less classic lolita's than sweet lolita's is due to the fact that some people might think classic is an older kind of style-- which it isnt. It's a very beautiful style, and its very elegant, so I wish you all the best in your classical evndeavours!! :D

Thank you! That's such a compiment ^___^

I guess people probably tend to like sweet more because it's more fun and out-there. I probably won't ditch all my sweet stuff because I love it way too much, but I might thin out my closet a little. For example I have three black dresses with sweet pastel prints, I probably don't need ALL of those!

You are very welcome :)

Yeah, maybe thats why people prefer sweet stuff :) I have always liked sweet stuff personally, and maybe one day I will tone it down, but right now, I just want to pink it up! :D

If you ever decided to sell any of your sweet stuff, please notify me first, I am jealous of your wardrobe!! <3

Heheh well, if I decide to sell some stuff I'll put it up on the Perth lolita comm first, I think it's only fair to let all the Perth girls have a chance at getting their hands on some stuff :P

Aww, I really don`t think you`re in danger of outgrowing your sweet wardrobe any time soon!!

But, oh, classic is beautiful. I always love Innocent World dresses - that milky-bambi dress you posted is gorgeous.

I think just wear what you want - there`s nothing wrong with having a varied wardrobe!

Aww thanks, you're right, a varied wardrobe is a good idea. I just can't afford to keep buying sweet things AND buy classic stuff too!
