About your navigational problem.. the menu are in different positions depending on your resolution. (Just change resolutions and its in a different area) I peaked at your CSS and I *think* this might be the problem:

left: 94 px ;

In # nav

Since your layout is aligned to the right change that to right: ##px ? D: I don't know for sure though but when I have problems like that it's usually that problem. ^^;
