How do you get a header picture in? Just with regular HTML? I want to put a picture of Battousai on mine (big surprise there XP).

The style you're using doesn't allow it unless you use some custom code/HTML overrides, and you have to do that when using the old "S1" style. As of now, I'm not very good with the coding and I'm not too sure how to do it on yours. There are styles that allow you to put in a header image if you use the "S2" style. It would be where you make changes such as colours and such. The 3 coloum one is a good example.
