Productive for New Year's
I've been unexpectedly productive today.

I made a list last night of things I need to do. But I haven't done any of them.

I know writing this at 3 AM doesn't seem like much of an improvement, but I wanted people to know that I'm starting to feel better. I increased my Zoloft and have started on my seasonal vitamin D supplements, and today I wasn't as numb as I had been and a bit more energetic and focused than I've been in a while. Depression Sucks
depression sucks.
I poured out all my rum last night, cause a few nights ago I had a drink and then was considering knives....
now I'm just in this numb state. like, all I want to do is sleep. every once in a while I'll get some energy, so I'll get up, feed my cat, feed myself, take a shower. Haven't fallen apart yet to not go to work, but I'm ( Read more... )
