Argh, I tried doing my dad's famous salsa, which includes a 'sofrito' (chopped onion sauted in oil), but to no avail. It was so bland. ;___; I must get him to teach me exactly how to fix it, because I loooove it like a burning thing. Speaking of: seeing the success of the enchiladas post, I'll be doing a taco version, haha XD
