Well, I'm not a person with business experience by any means, but, I'd try to sell what you've got already, if you have the inventory. How? Perhaps you can find someone that travels to a lot of conventions - they usually sell a variety of t-shirts - and either sell them to this person outright or (less nice) have them sold on a consignment basis.
