I'm in Seattle (well, Kirkland at the moment). Anyone have a suggestion of something interesting I should do this evening, rather than stay at the office a few more hours and then go to my hotel?

Of course you WOULD show up in my town less than a week after I leave! :P

Dang, I'd heard of it before, but didn't realize it was in Kirkland. I wound up leaving the office and going to Fry's in Renton to get a charger for my phone. I'm now at my hotel in Bellevue. I would drive back up to Kirkland if I knew that the cafe was open, but their website does not list hours or a phone number, and indeed they don't seem to have a phone number listed anywhere. So I don't really want to drive all the way back up to Kirkland not knowing if they're open.

Dang! A little earlier and I could have introduced you to a couple with a couple hundred board games and a very fun house (yeah, we've sponged off them almost as much as you guys!).

...hello NeilFred...this is Gillian who went to high school with you...a funny thing happened tonight! Perhaps this is just like every night of your life BUT. Recently I spoke to Zoe, who said the best thing in Portland was juggling at Reed, and I live in Portland now, and another friend of mine is a Reed juggler too. So I went with him to the Renegade show tonight, and I spotted you, and said, "I think that's someone I went to high school with. Who is that purple guy?"

My juggling friend: "Fred?!?!?!?!"
Me: "Yeah! It is him! He looks exactly the same!"
My friend: "You went to school with NeilFred?!?!?!?!" (as if I'd said that the Virgin Mary drove my carpool)

Anyway, I didn't stop to talk to you because I had to sneak out and go to work early in the morning (on Saturday!), but it was cool to see you perform. I also may have increased your cred slightly by verifying that yes, you were always like that.
