so basically i had the shit drilled outta me with no anesthesia. lol  i can't have novacaine.  the dentist and his assistant were wonderful - before he drilled into my tooth he lied and said he had to clean out old food crumbs.  i relaxed a little and tuned it out.  i am in so much pain though.  my glands are still swollen and painful and it's
