Wheee! I was very excited when I saw a new part of Untamed, and it's just as great as I remember the series being! I really like your version of Larrin and her brother, and that's not something I say often, but somehow and to my surprise I liked her interactions with John here. I find the dynamic between John and Rodney/Baloo and Baggy and Yogi very interesting. And then bonus Ronon and Teyla in the end :) A very good adventure fic, and I'm happy that this AU isn't dead!

Oh, not dead. So not dead. The muse was incapacitated for awhile, but it does have ideas for 5 more long stories, and several little short one shots. Nnrrgh.

I tried to think of what the Travelers would relate to in this 'verse, and the thought of a bunch of, well, social lepers the other Pretenders wanted absolutely nothing to do with, and then it hit me - demon spawn! And Larrin was a major class domineering bitch on the show, so I decided to make her more, well, 'vampy'. The brother for her came from the dream, and he looked kinda like Ryan Reynolds. ;)

Is he demon spawn, is he? That hint of carrion that Devin gave off, same as Lorne? That was so cool. Loved the Travellers, that was very cool. I liked Rodney's fight too I wonder if he was going to go all bear but this was even more interesting, his flashback was pretty neat. I really liked this addition and I liked the hit of Teyla/John that popped in again. I like the twists you give to the characters that keep to their nature as introduced in the show but giving it that twist so it isn't simply a retelling. Very cool. Although, I do wonder what the boys from Supernatural would make of the whole situation. And if there are demons, are there angels? Very, very cool. Thanks so much and I'll be happy to read more as it comes along.

You might say Rodney channeled a Berserker of the original sort. And I plan on more little things like that coming out in the future.

Yeah, I have honestly considered a cross-over with the Winchester boys with this universe. Would be interesting to see Dean trying to gank John....

I know I was very bouncy after reading leading to much 'coolness' on my part. LOL What type of demonic entity is Lorne? Very, very interesting. I'm a Lorne fan and you've given him a lot of nuance in your AU. He's a military guy who ended up putting his career on the line to do the right thing but it wasn't in time to 'help' his career. (I seem to remember something about that from the first story. I'm in the mood to go back and re read everything in this verse right now. :)) If he's demonic that adds even more interest to his character for me. I mean Teyla seems to deal with him fine or have we not seen yet that she doesn't really? John accepted him okay but John is Mr. Laid Back. Ronan likes him but I suspect Ogres and Trolls and Goblins and such wouldn't have much problem with demons. And does Lorne have any hint he's demonic? Being a Pretender with a were background is one thing but being a Demon in the human world would put you on a whole 'nother level - not simply automatic fear but automatic evil for all sides. Let's just say Lorne is a couple generations removed and doesn't know he's part demon. Certain very diluted abilities will come out now and then, but he has no conscious control over them or even aware he has them.

Some things will be revealed, so I won't give out any more. ;)
