Snerched fromcrysothemis 'cuz it seemed like a good idea! The year started crappy (2 stuck kidney stones), and ended crappy (diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes), but as far as creativity went, the muse went batshit crazy!
I'm glad to have found your talent, you have such a way with words. Sadly, I'm not into many AUs, but maybe one day! Hope to see some post Atlantis fic for you!
And , wow what a lot of words. Sorry to hear about your bad news...men to mention that way earlier, but it sounds like you have things under management and I hope all goes well in the future.
Thanks! And fear not, I do have an idea for a team gen chapter fic, complete with Sheppard whump, interesting non-human aliens, and silly chapter titles (ie: Dances With Rabbits). And a promise of lots of Rodney snark. =^.^=
My blood sugar was at 100 tonight when I took it. Woo hoo!! No wonder I felt wonky - my body didn't know what normal was. ;)
Well I like "Shadow's Tale"! Quite a lot! Maybe SGA readers don't always like longer stories? As I whined on my LJ, it's my "Unrelenting Past" for which I wanted more feedback, and I think that's even longer than "Shadow's Tale."
I'm thinking that maybe because it was from an OC's POV. Even though he was Sheppard's clone....
Eh, even though I sweated that one out, I still enjoyed writing it and it is one of my top three favs. I love Shadow. :) Him and the little ones playing in the garden. *sigh* And I got to use some of my anthropological ejucashun in that.
Amen to that, sistah! I just hope having normal blood sugar levels again will help the muse get rid of the ADHD. Because, seriously? Incredibly annoying. It was like McKay hopped up on Red Bull and fudge covered oreos - bounce bounce bounce bounce.
Oooo, fudge........................ sigh. Good thing everbetty sent me a Splenda cook book for Christmas so I can make fudge. *mwah*
