I had all these lines of dialogue running through my head while I watched the movie that second time. I can just see the team watching it together, and John giving Rodney puppy dog eyes.
Rodney: "No." John: "Pleeeeeeze?" "No, I am NOT building you a suit." "But think of how much Wraith ass we could kick!" "No. And there is NO WAY I'd give you the ability to go supersonic without a plane." As the movie progresses, Rodney starts mumbling to himself: That would be possible if you tweaked that, powered with some naquadah, maybe incorporate the personal shield...." "YES!!" "What? No! No no no no no no no no no! Not doing it!" "It would have to be stealth black." "AAARRGGGHHHH!"
