Yay, I finally got it blocked in.  Now I have shading anxiety....  I don't wanna ruin it!

Oooh, that's a pretty pose. But don't be afraid of shading! Now that you've saved the line art, you can always reproduce it if you have to.

I always get antsy at this stage, but once I start shading it goes away. Got it down to his upper forearm before I went to bed. Plus the lighting in this will be fairly dark - it's night and what light there is coming in from the right is muted, so no real distinct shadows. Gragh!

And I will repeat - hands and feet are a bugger....

Thanks! Right now I refer to it as "Frankenshadow" - 'cuz it's Joe's head, my forearms (modified), and a model's body from a new book I just picked up.

Lips have always been a bane for me. I can't stand drawing lips.

Lips aren't too difficult for me. However, getting teeth not to look like Billy Bob teeth is my bane. =^.^=

Got Shadow shaded, now just to finish the background! Yay!!
