I am fully of the belief that Gandalf is a Time Lord, as is Miss Frizzle and Mary Poppins. I'm also convinced Ford Prefect may be lying about his origins and may, in fact, be a Time Lord too (and I have good reason, seeing as Douglas Adams wrote for Doctor Who way way back in the day).

Bonus Secret: I have a running list in my head of characters who I think may be Time Lords. This entertains me immensely.
