The ReBoot comic is online!

Well, sort of.

They've finally posted Page X, which is the page of the comic that they used to coordinate the artistic team, on the ReBoot Revival blog. This is not page 1, it is a "typical" page, chosen for the artistic challenges it would pose. It gives us an idea of what the comic will look like... and, damn, I like it! They asked for

Very nice work :) I'm a little baffled at the church like setting of pews, but I suppose they're easier to draw than individual seating ;)

I think they should do the complete issue first, and then parse it out a week at a time. That way they are ready for print when that option becomes available, plus they'll have a buffer.

I wish I had a buffer.

I wish I knew how fast they worked. How many pages a week will we see? If it's only one, then they run the risk of it losing steam with the fans. Plus, it'd take forever to get each comic done.

The pews looked a little funny to me, but honestly I'd rather see them than regular seating because, visually, it's simpler. It makes the characters pop out more, I think. "Hi, Five!"

Of course, anything less than two a week makes them wimps in my book. ;)

Keep in mind, they're all ReBoot fans with jobs and school to deal with, and now a comic to do in their spare time. I'd say a page a week is not bad.
