I hate that the Winchester Brothers have separated. T___T BUT! Everyone, especially supes like the Trickster have been telling them that they are each others' weaknesses. I love how Dean's first instinct was to run out to rescue Sam when Ellen came back and said Sam had been taken, but then he took a breath and became a leader, formed a plan and figured out that it was War. When they finally get back together they as a team will be SO AMAZINGLY STRONG. I hope. <3

Bets on when they'll be back together? I'm guessing 2 or 3 more episodes of separation before we witness the reunion.

Yeah I'm betting about 2 or 3 episodes apart AND THEN maybe they accidentally run into each other on the same JOB or something and discover something MAGICAL after all that time apart ;D
YES YES very true!!!! They have to learn to break that codependency... and Cynthia right above you said the exact same things... they're each other's weaknesses. But they'll be so much stronger together when they come back together in the future! And in the meantime, we can just have FUN FUN FUN FUN FUNNNNN with all the Dean/Cas episodes (there better be MORE THAN 1!!!!)

Makes me wonder if Kripke already had this whole amulet thing figured out since the beginning? Or was the amulet just one of Dean's accessories and then it just became a signature... and then they wrote a backstory about where it came from (Little Sam ended up giving it to Dean as a Christmas present instead of John)... I'm just wondering at which point they decided what is the true function of Dean's amulet?
