As much of a foodie as I've always been, the idea of never "having" to eat again is... just odd.

Then again, if one was composed of incorporeal energy, one COULD conceivably 'make' a corporeal body now and then, and have some munchies.

Yeah, I like food quite a bit too but man... incorporeal energy. It's the wave of the future. And I like this "making a corporeal body for a midnight snack" idea.
