Awesome.  I was just this minute lamenting the lack of TV offerings on Tuesday nights since the end of Hell's Kitchen, when it occurred to me to check out what exactly the offerings might be.  I scanned over Celebrity Family Feud, Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader, and other, equally thrilling, summer fare.  Finally, I came to (pause.  Gasp.)

Exactly! I think we totally stopped going out as much as we used to after a few episodes of this show :P. It made us really critical about where we did eat, too. We went to Ramsey's restaurant here in NYC and the man definitely walks his talk. The service was stellar and the food was out of this world--even the little mushroom amuse bouches between courses were little explosions of flavor. Mmmmm....
