A HELPLINE for distressed fans of the popular Harry Potter series is being set up because two characters will be killed off in the final instalment.

Book 4 put me into the deepest funk, even though of all the character deaths, Cedric's is the most insignificant. I think Sirius's was too weird and Dumbledore's too expected.

No matter who dies, it's the end of the story! There WILL be weeping.

I agree completely. I re-read books 1-6 during the winter break, and I cried the most throughout GoF. I still choke up when I see the film, and I think that's a major reason why I was affected so much with this latest re-read... I finally had a solid face, personality and voice to match with Cedric thanks to the actor who played him. After all the behind-the-scenes with the champions, I had a new appreciation for them, and it just really hurt.

i still haven't recovered from sirius' death. i swear, if she kills off any of the weasleys i am going to lose it. i think harry is totally gonna get it though.
