oh wow. Gorgeous is the only word I can think of at the moment. This was incredible and some of these made my heart sink, and I loved how some of them connect and become "what could have been" situations. And Jonny dating a girl that's a reminder of Patrick was a nice detail.

Oh hai, writer whom I admire but haven't recently commented on because I've been an internet recluse.

I'm a big fan of the 'What If?' scenario which is probably why I'm such a big fan of fanfiction in general. So many options, so many possibilities for things going either really good or really bad.

Gorgeous is the only word I can think of at the moment.

Seriously, thank you. Your comments were honestly really helpful in whipping this into shape. Sorry for, like, disappearing completely a few months ago. LJ and I had a brief separation, but now I'm back (for good, hopefully) with more fic that needs editing if you're up for it and still have the time. Maybe? ♥

Oh my God. I AM EXCITE. I essentially have skating to do and fic to write all summer. I need to get to work on that summer at the lake AU I started last year and a whole folder of other stuff. *glee* I'm like 99% sure I still have your email.

I sat and read this choked up the entire time. I wish I could write a more interesting/well-put comment...but there is really nothing I can say! It was unique, it was charming, it was heartfelt...just...yeah.

Haha, no it's totally not weird!
I mean, I think it's kind of amazing. There are so many fics I read where, yeah, I'm bummed and I go "aww shucks" at the angst...but this story for some reason (well...because it was so awesome I guess, haha) was a real emotional response. It was awesome & refreshing! :D
