I don't know if I am the only one but it seems to me Marshal Pittman's death wasn't a simple plane crash.  The taxes, the tapes, what else might Marshal have left for Dani?

Ok....you are excellent! This would be an exceptional twist to the story line if USA actually considered this! I would love it if you would delve more into this.

I can see Marshal doing this, after he finally came to the realization that he had been wrong on a lot of things.

I also love your take on the NYPD calling Nico about Ray Jay, that I think would be the best way for it to be handled, because if Dani were to do it with just Ray helping? Ray Jay would be staying in jail indefinitely.

I love this... excellent and well thought out. But I am going to make one point of most likely correction. I don't believe NYPD wouldn't be calling Nico or anyone about Ray J. I am pretty sure TPTB made it so the Santinos live in Nassau County so it would be Nassau County PD... But I am not 100% sure that was ever stated. But that house and expanse of property would never be found in Brooklyn or Queens.

I apprecitate the information. I will make the correction. I haven't ever been to the NY so I don't have a point of reference. What's really funny is that the show is filmed in Atlanta, which is much more my comfort zone, and you could find a house like that still in the the "city" of Atlanta.

That's cause NYC is crazy! Plus you'd be out towards the east edge of Nassua County if not Suffolk. They are good at obscuring those types of details. :-)

I find it hysterical they film in Atlanta. And I wonder at it to since they film white collar in NYC but that is way more NYC detail needed. Even if they call Queens Brooklyn. :-)

But I live the look into Pitman because I think you are right. Given the Pitman - Nico back story there had to have been a time pitman wasn't such an ass to build that bond. It's cant be just a we served on the same team and crap. No way the pitman we saw would spend his own cash to extract Nico. excellent!

Good job. I can see Marshall having done this. And it would be a great way to keep Nico in Dani's life. Not that I think he's going anywhere.

We so need a follow up to this fan fic. Possibly a few months down the road, we need to see some Dani Gabrielle conflict. Your fic is wonderful, you should sell the idea to NR writers, I am hopeful this exact story will be on the show, maybe with Nico 49% and Gabrielle 49% and Dani 2%. Who will Dani side with?
