I enjoyed this ep overall. It felt closer to season 1 NR than most of the eps this season have. My Dani/Nico shippin self was happy with all their scenes together. Though I can't help feeling the kiss was a bit rushed, I can also see it as two people who were in a lonely place and taking comfort from each other. Still hot though.
I know the previews had Dani saying she was caught between the man she loved and the man she's dangerously attracted to. I really hope that doesn't imply that Dani/Matt is end game. I really don't want them together. Neither should have to compromise on the kid issue and if they get back together one would.

TK...I think I was the most heart broken by TK during his scene outside Dr. D's house.
So I am new here. I have been with NR since the beginning though. I turned into a Nico/Dani shipper about half way through last season but never thought the PTB would actually do it since Matt was so obviously the love interest.
I agree with you about the kiss being rushed but part of what we are going to get in the winter, I think, is a time jump. The show is about TK. TK in rehab isn't going to be all that interesting. With a 4 week jump in time, they can cover who now owns the Hawks, Dani finding out about Ray Jay, the impact of Marshall's death on both his wife and Juilette with just a few sentences in the first few minutes of the next show.
I don't know that the PTB have made up their minds about which one Dani ends up with. In Real Life, the kid thing is a complete game changer and unless one of them changes (and I don't see that happeing) it is just going to end ugly later.
