I've finished drawing a new, non-lotr pic I'd really, really like to put in my professional portfolio. Problem is, I can't find photos for the background

If you are looking for free pics, where you just need the copyright and nothing to pay, try these addresses, some of these addresses are in French if you needs help to translate something I am here:
- trees (browse the different pages
- several pages too (you need a code to pay them, if your country is not on the list the price is cheap enough so I could pay for the one you want)
- absolutely free and high resolution, my choice but very few pics
- trees and forest but low res
- absolutely free, no high resolution but the file are huge enough to resize and have a good pic in the end

I've uploaded three forest photos (reduced in size, the originals are 2048x1536) If you think this is the type of forest that would suit, I have many, many others of different shot angles so there may be something there that will work with the angle you are working at.

If you think any of these would work let me know and I'll send the larger size on by e-mail.

It's never a problem. I have a bunch of stuff already up and try to go out on photography runs at least once a month. It's all nature stuff. So if you ever need anything, I'd be willing to donate. :)
