Yes, I'm also tempted to say they're both singing this! XD;; But since the singing voice is just one, and we have to settle on one single singer... my vote goes to Zero. I think. I mean, it still looks like X to me, if I read small lines here and there. But if we take the song as a whole, and we take into consideration the plot of Rockmana X 5, then it'd make more sense if that was Zero singing to/comforting his beloved X.
