Yes, I have! And some of them are SO fabulous!!! I've saved in my PC a few Aiolos (who else? *Lol*), Saga, Kanon, Hyoga and even an Athena ♥
For long I've been half-tempted to make an Aiolos Cosplay myself, but I can't figure out how to make a detailed, good-looking, but low-cost Gold Cloth! :S

Well, he could wear something like on the icon *point* ... :P (I will cosplay Kazuki fom Get Backers next year, the most expensive thing will be a wig and shirt maybe) But back to the SS and low-cost Gold Cloth, hm ... did you try cartonboard and foil, they could be combine with fabric.
