I've been playing around in Veronaville a bit the last couple of days, in search for a family that fits the bill of the newest Maxis Taste Dare.

SO. MUCH. BETTER. I have no idea what EAxis was thinking with this one. I mean, it looks sort of interesting... but not useable at all. The toilets, especially. WTF.

Anyway! I loooove this. It's so neat and tidy, and the restaurant and bar look great! Seems like a very fun community lot to send sims to. :)

I sat with my mouth literally gaping when I loaded the lot. The original is just... no. I think someone must have had a mental meltdown when they made that one.

And thank you! I had it playtested by Bottom Summerdream and a couple of townies, which made me realise the podium is the wrong way round, but everything works splendidly all the same :) The bubbleblower is, as always, a total sims magnet...

Yup, it's like... you look around, and you just keep finding more and more stange stuff. Definitely the weirdest pre-made lot, if not the most useless.

Haha, I think bubbleblowers contain something more than... "bubbles"...

Oh, I loved it too!! Is amazing nebulousfirefly :) I like the fact you kept the original veronaville look and the colors you chose for the interiors. Lovely!

Thank you! I do always try keeping lots in their original style and feel when I make them over, so I'm glad to hear it worked :)

Oh my goodness, this is amazing! I LOVE IT!

Man, you did such a great job building/decorating this. It fits in very well with the town, inside and out. Please tell me you're going to share this? :)

Oh! Thank you so much :D I hadn't thought about uploading it really. I've never uploaded anything, so I'm not exactly sure how it's done... I'll look into it though, cause I'm really flattered you actually want it :D

A lot better than the original and the descriptions you gave were quite amusing! It retains a quaint feel but is now much more usable.
