"I'm starting to see an increase in frequency of people including their preferred gender pronouns in their email signature. So far I see it mostly from cis gendered folks. Is this good ally behavior, or somehow cis gender privileged to so easily "out" your gender. As a cis-woman if I put she/her and they/them (as I'm fine with either) would that be good ally behavior, or cis privilege?"
