Tell me (and I'm at least partially serious) what possible service a Chihuahua wearing big orange goggles provide? There was one in a harness at the Michael's yesterday, and I can only assume that non-service animals would be forbidden indoors. Do you think he's intended to search for underwater cadavers or perhaps to drive at night?
