FullMetal Alchemist 2 Premieres in April
The official FullMetal Alchemist Japanese website has updated with a teaser trailer video for the upcoming new FMA anime series. As can be seen in the video above, the premiere date is set for April 2009. Not much else is known, except for the trailer suggesting that more info on the series will come out on December 12. So we just have to wait a few more days.
Previous reports said that this new series wont be a continuation of the first, but rather a new adaptation that more closely follows the long-running manga. I still wonder how they plan to handle the first part of the story then. The first half of the original anime series stayed pretty faithful for the most part. Would be kinda boring to see the same old thing again.
